Mike Cron and I were two of the coaches for the All Blacks 2004-2011 and during that time the All Blacks played in excess of 100 tests with a 85% success rate.

Crono was an exceptional coach, probably the most knowledgeable Scrum Coach in world rugby. But he was never satisfied and was constantly looking for new coaching methods and ideas to enhance his players, he was very innovative. The players as a result had huge respect for the man not only for his knowledge and expertise but also for the way he connected to each and everyone of them at a personal level.

I can’t speak highly enough of Mike Cron both as a person and a coach.
