I have been under the tutelage of Crono since around the age of 16. it is fair to say he has been one of the biggest influences if not the biggest in my career to date.

 

Crono has a great ability to spot deficiency in technique, reverse engineer the problem and explain it to the player in a way that is easy to understand and then provide the appropriate skills and drills to improve. His knowledge on scrummaging and forward play in general in my opinion is 2nd to none.
